The memory bleeds are- older. They're something that happened back home. Someone rooted around in my head a few too many times and left holes behind, I'm not expecting a fix for that.

As with branding and runes, Loki doesn't have much magical skill when it comes to first aid, but he's certainly patched up enough wounds before (the perils of being Thor's brother) so at least the blood doesn't bother him.]

If you can convince him, more power to you. But he's stubborn.
