[OOC] Dodger's Apartment [Riverview]

Dodger's apartment is on the fourth floor of a building across the inner city from the communal hall. It has a largely unused kitchen, a bathroom well stocked with everything from first aid to heavy drugs and stolen rolls of gauze, and a bed that is never properly made. The space between the bed and the window functions as his wardrobe, since all of his clothes go there in the evening and pass a smell test in the morning. The laundry in this building is communal and he doesn't feel like dealing with people more than he has to.
